Check that the Actimate app is allowed to gather data from Google Fitness. Follow the steps applicable to your unit below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Samsung Android:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enter your phone\u2019s settings and choose \u201cCloud and accounts\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Choose \u201cAccounts&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pick &#8220;Google&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Turn \u201cSynchronize Data in Google Fitness\u201d off and then on and make sure to keep the option switched on .<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cSync\u201d manually in the Actimate-app\u2019s settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Still not working?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enter the Actimate-app\u2019s settings and make sure you have chosen the same Google-account in Google Fitness as well as in Actimate.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Android (other):<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You have signed in with a specific account into Google Fitness. If this is not the case, contact us at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:support@actimate.se\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">support@actimate.se<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and we will assist you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apple Health does not register riding a bike automatically, however it does sometimes register riding a bike as walking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you want to register riding a bike we would recommend the use of a third party app, for example Strava or Runkeeper. Check out the section \u201cSmart accessories and exercising apps\u201d.
