      Appen fungerar b\u00e5de med Android och iOS. Du ansvarar f\u00f6r din telefon och att den \u00e4r uppdaterad med den programvara som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att kunna anv\u00e4nda appen. <\/span><\/p>\n

      Du ansvarar f\u00f6r de uppgifter du l\u00e4mnar och att dessa \u00e4r sanningsenliga och korrekta. Vi premierar all r\u00f6relse. Det spelar ingen roll vilken slags fysisk aktivitet du ut\u00f6var. Det viktiga \u00e4r att du r\u00f6r p\u00e5 dig. En minuts aktivitet ger en po\u00e4ng.\u00a0 <\/span>En timmes promenad ger lika m\u00e5nga po\u00e4ng som en timmes l\u00f6pning. Actimate \u00e4r en h\u00e4lsoutmaning. I grunden \u00e4r alla som r\u00f6r p\u00e5 sig en vinnare. Fuska inte. N\u00e4r du r\u00f6r p\u00e5 dig samlar du po\u00e4ng. Att st\u00e5 upp vid ett kontorsbord ger d\u00e4remot inga po\u00e4ng.       Hur funkar det?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      Utmaningen p\u00e5g\u00e5r under \u00e5tta veckor. Du anv\u00e4nder Actimate-appen i din smartphone f\u00f6r att vara med i utmaningen. Appen ger dig \u00e4ven m\u00f6jlighet att se hur mycket du har r\u00f6rt dig, din po\u00e4ngst\u00e4llning och hur ni ligger till i t\u00e4vlingen mot andra f\u00f6retag. Dina och dina lagkamraters po\u00e4ng r\u00e4knas ihop och divideras med det antal personer ni \u00e4r. Summan blir f\u00f6retagets totala po\u00e4ng. Tillsammans utmanar ni andra f\u00f6retag om titeln Health Business of the Year! <\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Ibland kan det \u00e4nd\u00e5 h\u00e4nda att appen ligger nere f\u00f6r en uppdatering eller f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.             1. <\/b>Your personal data <\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              In order to be able to join the competition, we need access to your activity data in Google fit or Apple Health, and above all, we need your consent to access the data. Actimate AB, 559083-0435, collects your activity data and Actimate AB is responsible for the processing of the data. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You will not be able to be in the contest if you withdraw your consent. We store the data with Microsoft Azure which meets EU requirements for processing personal data.               We use your data for your team to accumulate points and for your team to be in the competition. Other teams cannot see your points. Your teammates can see your activity and number of points. You can change if you don’t want your teammates to see your points. Your team manager and those of your employer who have received an administrator login can see your points, your email and if you’ve been logged in. <\/span><\/p>\n

              We will not sell your data.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Using the App<\/b>
                \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                The app works on both Android and IOS. You are responsible for your phone and that it is up to date with the software required to use the app. <\/span><\/p>\n

                You are responsible for the information you provide and that these are truthful and accurate. We reward all movement. It does not matter what kind of physical activity you are exercising. The important thing is that you move. One-minute activity gives one point.\u00a0 <\/span>An hour’s walk gives as many points as an hour’s race. Actimate is a health challenge. Basically, everyone is moving a winner. Do not cheat. When you move, you accumulate points. However, standing up at an office table does not give any points. But be careful, you hurt yourself in your eagerness to accumulate points, it is not our responsibility. If you cheat or use the app in violation of these terms, we may terminate your account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

                How does it work?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

                The challenge lasts for eight weeks. You use the Actimate app on your smartphone to be in the challenge. The app also gives you the opportunity to see how much you have moved, your score and how you are in the competition against other companies. You and your teammates ‘ points are counted together and divided by the number of people you are. The sum will be the company’s total score. Together you challenge other companies about the title of Health Business of the Year! <\/span><\/p>\n

                Movement pays off in more than one way.<\/b>
                \nAs an extra carrot, you can, based on how many points you’ve collected, get offers and discounts from third parties. You can find them under the carrot in the top right corner of the Actimate app.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  We constantly strive to improve the app and try to make updates without restricting your usage. Sometimes, the app might still be down for an update or change. If this happens, we apologize but reserve the right, at any time and without liability or indemnity, to update and modify the app, including temporarily or permanently limiting or closing the app. <\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. <\/b>Intellectual property rights <\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    The content of the app, such as text, trademarks, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and compilations thereof, all software used in the app, belongs to Actimate, Actimates licensors or suppliers (“intellectual property Rights “). <\/span><\/p>\n
