Ofta \u00e4r st\u00e4mning och \u00f6kad gemenskap minst lika viktigt. Kloosterboer valde att satsa p\u00e5 medarbetarna b\u00e5de f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet och f\u00f6r att skapa \u00f6kat engagemang detta gav ett st\u00f6rre hj\u00e4rta f\u00f6r varandra p\u00e5 jobbet. Fettprocent, muskelmassa, skelett, visceralt fett,(bukfett) stress och metabolisk \u00e5lder \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av de m\u00e4tpunkter som medarbetarna p\u00e5 Kloosterboer fick vid uppstart. Att tillsammans str\u00e4va mot gemensamt m\u00e5l\u00a0med m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen att bli b\u00e4st i branschen gav inspiration och motivation. Att det inte bara var en intern t\u00e4vling utan att m\u00e5let \u00e4r st\u00f6rre, se placering p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.actimate.se\/toplist-2018\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">topplistan, n\u00e4mligen Sveriges b\u00e4sta!<\/a> gav b\u00e5de motivation och resultat.
